Sneak Preview of Sandbox South Park

Painting, furniture building and cleanup is under way in the new South Park office in preparation for Opening Day | Startup Waffle party on Sept. 7.

Last week, some lucky companies got to put dibs on the private offices and I’m excited to report that we have a great group anchoring Sandbox Suites South Park, including Ayopa Games, Promethium Marketing, Red Giant Software, RockIT Recruiting, Analyte Health, Sparta Consulting Group, M2Media360, Cherry.com and a few other great companies. For the first time since Sandbox Berkeley opened in May 2010, we have a private office coming available in September! The available Launch Pad for 4 runs at $1275/mo and boasts an exposed brick wall, soaring 12′ ceilings and windows that wash the room with southern light. Sandbox Suites Comes to South Park!!

We’re very excited to announce the opening of Sandbox Suites South Park!!!

This new 8,500 square foot space is located at 404 Bryant St. on the corner of 2nd Street.

The new location has private and open workstations that can be easily arranged into group work areas, private offices for teams of 2 to 8, meeting rooms and phone rooms, and a lounge under the skylights. Continue reading …
